However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us at info@biasedcut.com and we will work with you to promptly resolve your issue.

If you believe that the shirt you received does not match the shirt you ordered, or is damaged in any way, we will be happy to provide you with a correction through either a remade or altered shirt. Please contact us at info@biasedcut.com and we will provide you with the details regarding return shipment of the shirt to our New York address. Biased Cut will resend the corrected shirt as it was originally ordered, or with any measurement adjustments you indicate.
